Jinan Hammoud

Lebanese American University graduate, I have a bachelor's degree in Architecture as well as considering pursuing a master’s degree in Architectural engineering. I have 200 hours of professional work experience involving my bachelor’s degree with Albani Engineering for Real Estate Development.

In addition to the academic life, I have been involved in the student work-study program to finance my studies. This required me to manage my time to perfectly balance my academic life. I have assumed different responsibilities during the work-study program, one of which was the administrative work at the Project Management and Contract Administration facility. My work under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Capital and Construction Management further honed my skill by gaining valuable life-learning experience. I have 200 hours of professional work experience involving my bachelor’s degree with Albani Engineering for Real Estate Development as an intern where my job role as an intern is conducting research on-site as well as performing bill of quantities tasks.

I have a bachelor's degree in Architecture. The nature of the courses that we took required us to work on individual and group projects - and I excelled in both. I have learned how to be a great team player and take the lead when needed. Most of the projects were fast-paced and I always submitted the required deliverables on time. I am proficient in English, both written and spoken, and have experience working with Rhino, 3DS Max, and AutoCAD.

I have completed an Extra workshop with the ERGA Group which involved project management principles, IT, Software development, Pre-Design, Quality Management, Project design management, Regulation and permit, Design, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil Design, Electrical Design, Mechanical design, BOQ and specifications, Quality control, Contract administration, Material Approval.
